In this paper, a robotized flexible automatic coordinate measuring system ( RFACMS) is proposed, which integrates computer aided design ( CAD), computer vision, computer aided inspection planning ( CAIP) and a coordinate measuring machine ( CNN& CMM). 本文建立了由CAD技术、计算机视觉技术和计算机辅助检测规划(CAIP)技术与数控坐标测量机(CNC&CMM)集成形成的机器人化柔性自动坐标测量系统(RFACMS)。
